Welcome to Raven's DevLink ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible via https://dev-link.net. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Developer", "you") and the operator of Raven's DevLink.
By accessing or using our website, APIs, SDKs, or dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
Raven's DevLink provides game developers and studios with feedback ingestion tools, player sentiment metrics, automated classification, and daily intelligence summaries ("Raven AI") through web dashboards and integrated endpoints.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any API keys issued to your projects. You are solely responsible for any activity executed under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration and billing information.
We offer Free tiers with limited quotas, as well as paid recurring subscriptions ("Plus", "Pro") with expanded usage limits and advanced AI intelligence features.
Payments and recurring billing are handled via our third-party payment partner, Stripe. We do not store raw credit card details on our servers.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing charges. Downgrades take effect at the conclusion of the active prepaid billing cycle.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time via the billing portal in your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period (cancel_at_period_end = true). After this date, your access will revert to the Free tier.
Except where required by applicable consumer protection laws, subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you agree not to:
You are the controller of data collected from your end players. You represent and warrant that your game's privacy policy and end-user agreements grant you the right to collect player feedback and process it through third-party services like Raven's DevLink.
You agree not to knowingly configure our tools to ingest sensitive personal data (such as government IDs, credit card numbers, or medical records) from your players.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, parse, filter, and display submitted feedback solely to provide and maintain the Service for your account.
Features powered by Raven AI (such as automated categorization, priority assignment, sentiment scoring, and daily summaries) utilize third-party large language models (such as OpenAI and Google APIs).
AI outputs are probabilistic. While designed to assist in triage, we do not warrant that all feedback categories, sentiment tags, or synthesized advice are 100% accurate, error-free, or complete.
Data processed through our enterprise AI integration endpoints is not used to train or retrain public third-party models.
Raven's DevLink, its branding, software code, UI designs, trademarks, and documentation remain the exclusive property of the Service operator and its licensors.
You retain full ownership of your proprietary games, logos, raw feedback submissions, and studio assets.
You may terminate your account at any time by selecting the "Delete Account" option in your dashboard settings.
Account deletion executes a cascading purge (ON DELETE CASCADE) that permanently removes your profile, games, feedback entries, summaries, and API keys from active databases, and terminates active Stripe subscriptions.
Once completed, this action cannot be undone.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to Raven's DevLink in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy.
We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at our discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 14 days' notice prior to new terms taking effect via an in-app banner or email notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
